To ensure product quality and safety, we offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving their order and include photographic proof of the damage. Once verified, we will provide a replacement for the damaged item.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for non-damaged items.

Because our products are food items, safety and hygiene are extremely important. For this reason, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Eligibility for Exchange:

- Notify us within 3 days of delivery.

- Provide photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label.

Non-Returnable Items:

- Opened products

- Change of mind

- Improper storage

- Items not reported within 3 days

Process:

1. Email with order number and photos.

2. Damage review.

3. Replacement if approved.

4. Refund only if replacement unavailable.

Refund Policy (Packaged Sweets)

We do not offer refunds on packaged sweets unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or unusable.

Refunds are only issued when a replacement is unavailable.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the damage was our error.

3-Day Freshness Warranty covers spoilage, melting, defects, and sealing issues before shipping.

Does not cover improper storage, heat exposure after delivery, opened items, or taste preference.

If damaged or defective, we provide a replacement or refund if unavailable.
